Hook surface and internal quality requirements:

The surface of the hook should be smooth and clean, without defects such as cracks, sharp angles, burrs, and peeling;

There must be no defects inside the hook such as cracks, white spots, inclusions that affect its safe use;

Defects on the lifting hooks are not allowed to be repaired by welding;

The wear of dangerous sections shall not exceed 10% of the original size;

The opening degree should comply with the provisions of 5.2 in GB10051;

The torsional deformation of the lifting accessory hook, that is, the torsion angle of the hook body shall not exceed 10 degrees;

There shall be no plastic deformation in the dangerous section or the handle of the hook; the thread of the hook shall not be corroded.
