Requirements for the use of hooks

(2) The surface of the hook should be smooth and must not have defects such as peeling, markings, sharp angles, cracks, etc. The well shall not be repaired for repair of damaged hooks to avoid brittle breakage and accidents.
(3) When lifting, the sling should be hung to the bottom of the hook; if the hook is directly hooked in the suspension ring of the component, the hook cannot be hard or twisted.
(4)The hooks are available in single and double hook types. The lifting work generally uses a single hook, among which the main size and lifting weight of the ring hook are the same.
(5) If there is permanent deformation or cracks on the hook, it should be scrapped. When the wear reaches 10%, it should be downgraded or replaced.
