2. Use a forklift to transport the new hook group backward to the replacement location, and place it side by side with the old hook group (for easy penetration), and then fix it with inverted wooden support pads.
3. Use iron wire to set the wire rope to set the hook. Use iron wire to match the wooden square of 30X30X500mm.
4. The gas welder uses gas welding to cut the wire rope on the old hook group from the front fixed steel wire rope on the wooden side, pull out the cut steel rope head, and pass it to the pulley piece in the same direction and position of the pulley piece of the new hook group, and then the gas welder welds the head of the wire rope on the new pulley piece that has been wound with another wire rope head on the wooden side.
5. Cut, wind and weld the remaining wire ropes according to the method of the wire rope in front, and then remove all the wooden squares (the last wire rope is cut only and not welded), and then remove the wooden squares fixed on the wire rope one by one.
6. Use a forklift to transport the standard wire rope used in this hook to the bottom of the bridge crane lift.
7. Remove the pressure plate of the wire rope cut off from the end of the bridge crane main lifting reel, and place the old wire rope on the ground plate. Weld a new set of hook sets on the end of the wrapped old wire rope head to weld the new wire rope head on the rope roll and mark it (prevent the new wire rope from being rolled over or less).
8. Use the auxiliary lifting hook to roll the rope about 50mm away from the ground, start the main lifting device, wrap the old wire rope around the reel to drive the new wire rope, and put it on the orbiting fixed pulley set.
9. The new wire rope is wrapped around the reel for 2 turns (about 6 meters) before stopping. After rolling the main lift, put all the new ropes on the ground, stop. The gas welder uses gas welding to cut off the old and new rope heads, and then pull the main reel back to its original place, so that all old rope heads will be retracted before stopping. Remove the main lifting reel from the other end of the wire rope pressure plate, place the old wire rope completely on the ground and neatly, and tie it firmly with 8# iron wire.
10. Prepare and fix it on the steel structure columns under the bridge crane and use 3Guide pulley (1 on the cart and 2 on the ground), fix the hoist from the ground pulley frame, slide the hoist from the ground to the ground, and use 3 guide pulleys (1 on the cart and 2 on the ground) to fix the hoist from the ground pulley frame, and lift the new wire rope to the bridge frame, and lift the new wire rope and install it on the steel structure column under the bridge crane.
11. After hoisting another new wire rope to the cart platform according to the previous step, use a pressing plate to fix the new wire rope head to the other end of the reel.
12. After the lifting sling and wire rope are replaced, the main lifting reel is started and the lifting hook from the ground is debugged. Clean the scrap wire rope, old hooks and hooks.
