1. Container spreader consists of a rotary hanging frame, a fixing frame and a telescopic beam. The rotary hanger is connected to the fixing frame, and the telescopic beam slides in the cross beam of the fixing frame. Installation and maintenance holes are provided on the inner and outer sides of the end beam, and are covered with transparent plastic plates, which are waterproof and dust-proof, making it easy to inspect and maintain.
The telescope uses steel structure, which has the advantages of reasonable structure, strong load-bearing capacity and light weight.
2. Telescopic mechanism
The telescopicity of the telescopic device is driven by the chain transmission of the gear motor. There is a set of tensioning devices and buffering devices on both sides of the telescopic chain. When the telescopic beam reaches 6 meters or 12 meters, the limit switch sends a signal to cut off the power supply of the gear motor and stop telescopic movement.
3. Rotating mechanism
When the sling is rotated, the reducer motor drives the pinion to drive the rotary support to complete the rotation. Each sling is equipped with two sets of driving mechanisms to rotate the sling. If any of the driving mechanisms fails, the other driving mechanism can rotate the sling to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.

6. Drainage plate device
The sling guide plate adopts a fixed guide plate and an automatic flip plate structure, so that the loading position of the sling and container is accurate, and the lock pin can be inserted well. The container lifting hole is used to complete the lifting operation.
7. Electrical control
The wiring of all spreaders and electrical equipment and controlled components is connected through a junction box, and a special multi-core plug is connected to vertical cable. To facilitate replacement of the spreader, the junction box shell on the spreader is made of stainless steel.
8. Safety interlock
When all four latches are in the locking position, the green light is on, allowing the spreader mechanism to move.
When all four pins leave the insertion hole, the red light is on and the spreader leaves the container smoothly.
