(4) Take the small gland 9, use a copper rod to drive out the bearing, take out the spacer sleeve 19, take out the expansion ring 20, and then drive out the last bearing in the pulley 7. The pulley is now disassembled.

(1) Clean the pulley, check the wear condition of the pulley, and replace it in time if it exceeds the scrap standard. Cast steel pulleys can be repaired and re-welded and then re-rolled; if cast iron pulleys are cracked or broken, they are not allowed to be repaired and should be scrapped and replaced.
