2. Check the hook connection part regularly to confirm whether the connection is reliable and whether the lubrication is good.
3. The hook must not be used for overload operations.
4. If there are cracks on the surface of the hook, thread corrosion, dangerous section or neck deformation, it should be replaced as soon as possible.
5. The dangerous section area of the hook is worn up to 10%, and the opening is increased by 15% compared to the original size; when the torsional deformation of the hook body exceeds 10°, it should be scrapped.
