1. Before use, check the rated lifting capacity marked on the hook group. The rated lifting capacity shall not be less than the actual lifting capacity; (if there is no marking or the marking is unclear, the rated lifting capacity should be determined through calculation and load test)

2. The surface of the hook set must be smooth and free of defects such as peeling, scratches, sharp angles, seams, and cracks;

3. During use, the sling should be hung until the hook is as low as possible. If the hook group is directly in the built lifting ring, the hook group cannot be hard or twisted;

4. The hook connection part should be checked regularly to confirm whether the connection is reliable and whether the lubrication is good;

5. The three dangerous sections of the hook group should be cleaned with kerosene. If there are cracks on the surface of the hook, corrosion of threads, deformation of the dangerous section or neck, they should be scrapped;

6. The dangerous section area of the hook is worn up to 10%, and the opening is increased by 15% compared to the original size; when the torsional deformation of the hook body exceeds 10°, it should be replaced as soon as possible.
