2. The hook used in the power-driven hoisting mechanism shall be tested at twice its rated load as the test load.
3. After the insulated hook set is removed from the inspection load, there should not be any obvious defects or deformations, and the increase in the opening should not exceed 0.25% of the original size.
4. Hooks that pass the inspection should be marked on the low-stress area of the insulated hook group, including rated lifting capacity, factory logo, factory name, inspection mark, production number, etc.
