What are the scrap standards for lifting hooks and wire ropes?
Scraping standards for hooks: 1 There are cracks on the surface of the hook. 2. When the wear of the dangerous section reaches 10% of the original height. 3. When the hook opening is increased by 15% compared to the original size. 4When the torsional deformation exceeds 10%. When the dangerous section or neck of the hook undergoes plastic deformation. 6. When the plate hook bushing is worn to 50% of its original size, the bushing shall be scrapped. 7. When the wear of the plate hook spindle reaches 5% of the original size, the spindle shall be scrapped.
Scrap standards for steel wire ropes: 1. The wear exceeds 40% of the original diameter 2. The broken wire exceeds 10% 3. The whole rope is broken and the core is extruded 4. The surface is pitted and pitted 5. Overloaded and deformed 6. Thermal damage 7. The diameter is reduced to 7% of the original diameter 8. The elasticity is reduced 9. Deformation occurs 10. Internal corrosion
