How to disassemble the semi-enclosed hook group when replacing it
The semi-enclosed hook set is a widely used small device that is used to load and support cranes. The semi-enclosed hook set is generally a small device that travels back and forth on the crane. It is also an easily damaged component. In the hook set, it needs to be replaced after running for a period of time. The replacement sequence is for all new and old customers.
1. Remove the connecting bolts of the coupling at the end of the hook group.
2. Remove the fastening bolts connecting the angle bearing box of the hook group and the end beam.
3. Use the crane's lifting screw or jack to lift the crane bridge so that the hook tread is about 10mm away from the top surface of the track. Pry the hook group and pull it out along the track surface for removal and replacement.
4. Lift the pre-assembled, new active hook group with the shaft end gear coupling half to the crane track.
5. Push the hook group close to the installation position, adjust the jack to slowly lower the car body, insert the fastening bolts, and tighten the nuts to ensure safety.
6. Tighten the horizontal bolts appropriately, then tighten the vertical bolts accordingly, alternately, pull the wheel while tightening, check whether the wheel rotates flexibly, and check the horizontal and vertical deflection of the hook installation.
7. Align the screw holes of the gear coupling half at the hook shaft end and the driven shaft coupling half of the reducer, insert the connecting bolts and tighten them.
8. After everything is normal, drop the car body.
In the use of semi-enclosed hook sets, in order to ensure the normal operation of the crane, the active hooks at both ends must also be replaced and maintained at the same time. In order to ensure the consistency of the mechanical transmission clearance on both sides, the reducer also needs to be replaced at the same time from both sides of the gear coupling.
