Load test methods for various hooks and hook groups
1. The hook used for the human-driven lifting mechanism shall be tested with 1.5 times the rated load as the test load.
2. The hook used in the power-driven hoisting mechanism shall be tested with 2 times the rated load as the test load.
3. After the hook is removed from the inspection load, there should not be any obvious defects or deformations, and the increase in the opening should not exceed 0.25% of the original size.
4. Hooks that pass the inspection should be marked in the low-stress area of the hook, including rated lifting capacity, factory logo or name, inspection mark, production number, etc.
