Inspection and scrapping of crane hooks

When the inspection finds that the hook has the following conditions, it should be stopped immediately and scrapped:
① There are mosquitoes on the hook.
② The dangerous cross-section wear of the hook exceeds 10% of the original size.
③The opening of the hook is increased by 15% compared to the original size.
④The hook used has been twisted and deformed by more than 10°.
⑤ The dangerous section and neck of the hook have undergone plastic deformation.
⑥ When the wear of the latch hook has exceeded 15% of the original size. The village set should be reported.
⑦ When the wear of the spindle of the hook has reached 5% of the original size, the spindle should be reported as hollow.
In addition, if the hook is found to be defective and cannot be repaired by welding, it should be scrapped.
