Hook wear inspection
We all know that hooks are generally equipped with a type of equipment on cranes. Some of the hooks currently used are manufactured according to the industry standards used, and some are manufactured according to GB 10051.1-5 "crane hook". During inspection and inspection, the inspection items and contents of various hooks are the same, but the requirements are slightly different.
The hooks of the crane in use should be inspected regularly according to their usage status, at least once every six months, and cleaned and lubricated. The general method for checking hooks is: first use kerosene to clean the hook body, and then use a 20x magnifying glass to check whether the hook body has fatigue cracks, especially for dangerous sections, check the wear of the hook bushing, pin shaft, shaft hole, etc., and check whether the fasteners are loose. For hooks of some large cranes with higher working levels or used in important working environments, non-destructive flaw detection should also be used to check whether there are defects inside and outside the hook.
