What are the scrapping standards for the rotating hook group?
When one of the following situations occurs in the hook, it should be scrapped:
1. Cracked;
2. The wear of the hazardous section reaches 10% of the original size;
3. The opening degree increases by 15% compared to the original size;
4. The torsion deformation exceeds 10°;
5. Plastic deformation occurs in the hazardous section or the neck of the hook;
6. When the wear of the plate hook bushing reaches 50% of the original size, the bushing should be scrapped;
7. When the wear of the plate hook mandrel reaches 50% of the original size, the mandrel should be scrapped.
