Several situations in which the hook reaches the scrap standard
When the plate hook produces lateral deformation that makes hanging inflexible, it should be inspected;
When the lateral bending deformation radius of the hook piece is less than 10 times the plate thickness, the hook piece should be scrapped;
When the plate hook bushing is worn to 50% of its original size, the bushing should be scrapped;
When the plate hook spindle wear reaches 5% of the original size, the spindle should be scrapped; the plate hook rivets are loose or damaged, causing the gap between the plates to significantly increase, and the rivets should be replaced;
When the wear of the plate hook wear plate reaches 50% of the original thickness, the wear plate should be scrapped.
