Crane hook and eye replacement status
Repair welding is prohibited on the hooks and rings of the crane. It should be replaced when one of the following conditions occurs:
(1) There are cracks and breaks in the appearance;
(2) The risk section and hook neck are permanently deformed;
(3) The cross-section wear of the lanyard exceeds 10% of the height;
(4) The wear of the hook bushing exceeds the original thickness by 50%;
(5) The wear of the mandrel (pin) exceeds 3% to 5% of its diameter.
