Precautions and daily maintenance of flip lifting equipment.
When using the lifting sling, if the rotation lock is not flexible or inadequate, the adjustment nut should be checked and the following parts should be checked:
1. If the transmission mechanism is stuck, if it is stuck and the lubrication is poor, lubricating oil (or grease) should be added to the movable connection of the transmission mechanism. If the guide pin is too tight, loosen the nut properly. If the connection is loose, the transmission tube or other rods are deformed, it should be corrected.
2. When using, prevent the indicator paint on the indicator board of the flip the spreader should be prevented from falling off. Once discovered, the indicator paint should be repaired in time.
3. When flipping the wire rope on the sling, clean and apply lubricating oil or grease in time, especially the bends of the wire rope.
4. For the main stress-bearing components, suspended rings, rotary locks, ear plates, and rigging, check them at least once every 3 months during normal use, without cracks or serious deformation.
5. All oil cups, including ratchet mechanism oil cups, oil cups on the sliding bearing seat and oil cups in the rotary lock box, should be filled with lubricating oil at the main movable connections in a timely manner according to the use situation.
6. The flip spreader shall not exceed the rated lifting capacity.
7. During the lifting operation, the lifting should be lifted smoothly to avoid deformation of the lifting and other equipment.
