　　(1) The hook should have a technical certificate such as the manufacturing unit's certificate of conformity before it can be put into use. During use, inspection, repair and scrapping should be carried out in accordance with the relevant requirements of the "Safety Regulations of Crane Machinery" (GB6067-85).

　　(2) Cast hooks are not allowed in lifting machinery.

　　(3) The hook should be equipped with a safety device to prevent accidental decoupling of the lifting weight.

　　(4) The surface of the hook should be smooth and free of cracks, sharp angles, burrs, cracks, etc.

　　(5) When one of the following situations occurs in the hook, it should be scrapped.

　　① Cracked.

　　② The wear of hazardous sections reaches 10% of the original size.

　　③The opening degree increases by 15% compared to the original size.

　　④Tyrasion deformation exceeds 10. .

　　⑤ Plastic deformation occurs on the dangerous section or the neck of the hook.

　　⑥ When the board hook bushing is worn to 50% of the original size, the bushing should be scrapped.

　　⑦ When the plate hook mandrel is worn to 5% of the original size, the mandrel should be scrapped.

　　(6) Defects on the hook shall not be welded.
