1>Hook disassembly
① Unscrew the bolts 24 at both ends and remove the fixed axis plate 26. ② Remove the nuts 11, washers 12 and bolts 10. ③Remove the tie plates 5 on both sides of the beam 2. ④ Remove the nuts 22 and bolts 21, unscrew the hook nut 4, and the hook 1 can be taken out from the hole of the beam 2. 2> Hook maintenance ① First wash the hook body with kerosene, and use a 20x magnifying glass to check whether there are cracks in the hook body. Pay special attention to the inspection of dangerous sections and thread relief grooves. If cracks are found, stop using it and replace it with a new hook. ② The hook beam 2, hook nut 4, and thrust bearing 3 should also be cleaned and inspected, and controlled according to the aforementioned scrap standards. If the wear exceeds the tolerance, they will be scrapped and updated. ③After comprehensive cleaning and inspection of all parts in the hook group, assembly can be carried out in the opposite process to the disassembly sequence. Load test of hooks: Hooks newly put into production should be testedFor the load test, 1.25 times the rated load is used as the test load (it can also be performed at the same time as the crane load test). After the hook is hoisted with the test load, the deformation of the hook mouth opening should not exceed 0.25% (international standard). There should be no permanent deformation or breakage after unloading. The load suspension time should not be less than 10 minutes. If there is permanent deformation, it should be scrapped.1>Hook disassembly
