Hook is the release device operating procedure

  The existing heavy lifting machinery uses anti-detachment pawls and hooks as hooks and anti-detachment devices as hooks and anti-detachment devices. They have the disadvantages of not being firm enough to lock, not being flexible enough to use, being greatly affected by the outside world, and being unable to withstand unexpected situations. Therefore, during the use of these heavy lifting machinery, safety accidents such as lifting and dehooking often occur, seriously endangering the lives and property of construction workers.

  1. Normal release of the hook:

  1. The boat falls into the water, turn the handle B knob to the vertical position, and turn the handle B about 90;

  2. After the boat enters the water for about 20 seconds, the hydrostatic pressure interlocking device opens the hook release handle self-locking device, that is, pull handle A about 90, and the bow and stern hook is released simultaneously;

  2. Emergency release of the hook:

  1. The boat is in descending, turn the handle B knob to the vertical position, and turn the handle B about 90;

  2. Open the protective cover of the hydrostatic pressure self-locking device, hook the handle of the stop lever with your finger to lift the hook release handle self-locking device in the release position. When the boat is close to the water surface, turn the handle A about 90, and the bow and stern hook will be released simultaneously;

  3. Hook reset operation:

  1. Push handle A back about thirty degrees;

  2. Reset the bow and stern hook of the boat;

  3. Push handle A to lock position;

  4. Push handle B to the vertical position, and then rotate the knob clockwise to the safe position;

  5. Boat recycling, release handle A and the self-locking device will automatically lock.
